Question:
we have the Kodiak disc brake kit that came with 1/2 inch studs. our trailer has 9/16 studs. can we use our same wheels on the 1/2 inch studs?? and if we can what type of lug nuts should we buy. they are aluminum wheels on our 2015 bighorn.?? or should we start over with the 9/16 kit?? thanks

Expert Reply:
The taper of the lug nuts should take up the .062 difference between the 9/16 inch hole and the 1/2 inch wheel stud, allowing the lug nuts to tighten with no problem.
For acorn nuts to fit a 9/16 inch stud you would want the part # 12CLN, or for an open nut you would want part # CE11051. Either of these would work fine for you.
