I have a cap from our trailer with surge brakes, it measures 1 5/8 diameter and is fine thread. is cap 4430601 fie thread also?

The Replacement Master Cylinder Cap # T4830601 does have a fine thread and measures at the 1-5/8" thread diameter. This cap is designed for the Titan Model 10 and 20 master cylinders.
