To determine if your 2007 GMC Sierra is the old or the new body style all you have to do is look at the back of the truck. If it is the old body style (Classic) then it will have amber turn signal lenses at the rear tail lights. New body style models will not have amber lenses and will also have a large logo in the center of the tailgate.
I have included a picture showing old and new body styles side by side. The trucks are Silverados but the same differences apply to the Sierras.
If you are looking for 5th wheel tailgates then for a Classic you can use # VGM-99-100 or # VGM-99-4000 (fits 2500/3500 models only).
If you have a new body style you could use # VGM-07-100 or # VGM-07-4000 (for 1500 series).
