How To Add Surge Brakes to a Small Trailer Towed by Harley Motorcycle

Question:
I would like to install breaks on the Kuickamp trailer I tow with my Harley, It weighs around 500 lbs. loaded and hard to stop. It has 10in wheels. I believe something about golf cart size would work, also would like the surge type. 12in wheels will fit. Can u help. thanks much. also we have 3 units.
