Thanks for sending me information on what your owners manual states for your 2014 Ford Explorer 4x4.
The Glacier cable snow chains # PW2029C you referenced will be the ones I recommend based on your owners manual. The spring rollers are wrapped around sturdy wire cross cables for great traction.
I highly recommend the rubber adjusters # PW99 as it makes it easy to fit and tighten your truck's snow chains in no time.
Snow chains for your 4x4 are usually placed on the rear wheels, but they can be used on the front axles as well for added steering and braking benefits. Also, consult your individual state or province department of motor vehicles for the most up-to-date snow chain laws.
I have also included a couple FAQ's and installation video too.
