The online owner's manual for the 2016 Ford Explorer Sport indicates (on page 324) that tire chains may be used on size 245/60-18 front tires only and so long as they are S-Class chains that do not require more than 10mm of clearance. You'll want to review your own manual to see if your version differs with respect to tire chain use on your tire size.
For a set of cost-effective S-Class compatible cable type snow chains you can use the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC3010. If you want a chain that will be far easier to install and use, granted in a different price range, I recommend the Thule # TH01571265. These include user-friendly features like assisted tensioning and these chains are backed by a 5-Year warranty from Thule.
