The Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube, # BD1289050300, offers a maximum vertical load limit, or tongue weight capacity, of 9,000 pounds where as the Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler, # CG, has a tongue weight capacity of 4,000 pounds.
