Is the convert a ball cushioned gooseneck coupler recommended or NOT RECOMMENDED for this vehicle with this removable ball?

A pop-in gooseneck hitch ball is something like the Pop-In Ball for Reese Elite Series Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # RP19315 which you turn and lock into place in your hitch using the lever on top of the ball. This is the same as a ball like what you have in your 2017 Ford F-450.
