Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement half inch by half inch by three eighths inch Push Lock T-Fitting for the Demco Air Force One Braking System. Basically, this part here replaces a push lock T-fitting on your Demco SBS Air Force One Supplemental Braking System. That braking system we do sell separately on our website. It's part number 9599007.

Basically, this T-fitting is gonna be used when you're installing the Air Force One Braking System on the Freightliner Super-C chassis. Basically, the newer Freightliner Super-C chassis vehicles use half inch airlines in their system, and the Air Force One system uses quarter inch airlines. So what this DT-fitting will allow is to use the Demco Push Lock Adapter. I'm gonna pull that. Adapter is what comes in your Air Force One System.

Basically, what this adapter does, it'll screw into this push lock T-fitting, just like that. And then once you do that, it'll allow you to run the quarter inch airline, and run it into the half inch Freightliner airlines on both sides here. This part is made in the USA. Application, again, is for the Freightliner Super-C chassis. And the fittings on this, again, they're push lock, you can see.
