Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with Etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Demco replacement female quick disconnect fitting. This is going to replace the female quick disconnect fitting for your Demco Air Force One supplemental braking system.There's really not a whole lot to say about this. This is a direct replacement from Demco. So you can rest assure that it's going to work for your application just like the original did.
So if your original has become damaged or you're just needing to replace it for whatever reason, this is going to be the piece for you. It's going to thread on just like the original and provide that connection point for your airline to connect to your RV so that you can get that air pressure back to your vehicle, to apply the brakes when the RV's brakes are applied.So like I said, this is a Demco product, so you can trust it's going to work. You're not going to have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. So if you are needing a replacement female fitting, this is going to be the piece for you. Unfortunately, I am currently looking to replace it again. Broke in the same location as my previous air jumper just before the quick connect. It’s almost like the hose quickly becomes brittle. I have a 43’ motor home and take a few trips during the summer months and then spend winters in AZ. The air jumper & other tow accessories never stay on my unit or in the sun. I will now be looking for a hose with more protection.
