I was very satisfied with the rails and the price and the quick delivery but was disappointed there was not any instructions about the installation.Having a professional install them next week because I am not sure I can install them correctly. I have bought from there before and will continue if I need any items they sell.

Nice product heavy duty fit my Reese hitch. Only reason for the four stars is the packaging. One of the rails was scratched all the way down to the metal on one of the corners. Sure the shipping company dragged it because of the weight other than that great price and good product.
These rails were installed on part number custom brackets 50054, into a 2015 ram 2500 long box. Only took a couple hours to install. Great products and great fit. Thanks etrailer!
Can't say enough about you guys. Courteous response and assistance from William, package shipped free and arrived early. I managed to damage a rail but it was all my own fault, and repair time was critical. William came through. Reese fiver hitch can't be beat.

Shipping was fast and just what I needed. But the last set I had, lasted 4 1/2 years, it cracked at one of the pin holes. With the trucks having more power, something has to change!!
They were very helpful in making sure the part would work for me as well as very fast shipping. Only problem was that the rails got all scratched up in transit. Not a big deal though. Would definitely recommend

Order product on Sunday and arrived on Wednesday I thought that was quick shipping thanks etrailer, also was what I wanted it was 2-rail and 10- bolt, spacers,nuts and washer bag included this was for 2014 GMC 3500hd with quick attach brackets

I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your review on the 5th wheel rails. You mentioned that you wanted to access to a manual. The manual does come with rails when they are purchased with the 5th wheel brackets. Please take a look at the manual on the product page for part # RP30035. This would be the manual that you can reference for the install. Do you already have the brackets? If not, then the part number for the universal brackets would be part # RP30439.
