Can I Use Reese 5th Wheel Brackets on Curt Rails w/ a 2018 Toyota Tundra?

No, you're going to want to use the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit item # C16468 since you already have a set of Curt 5th wheel rails like item # C16204. You don't want to mix match the different manufacturer's parts in this situation so if you have Curt stick with Curt.

Please note that the Curt set up will not work if your 2018 Toyota Tundra has the 5-1/2' bed. If you have the shorter bed length you'll need to use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP50084-58.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56070. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.

Hey, how did things go with the Curt bracket kit for your Tundra? Did it line up well with your existing Curt rails? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar 5th wheel system.
