I'm unsure of which bolts you're speaking of. If you're speaking of the hardware included with the Reese # RP58504 bolt kit which would be used for attaching 5th wheel base rails like # RP58058, the kit includes 10 each Grade 8, 1/2-13 x 2 inch carriage bolts. Also included are 10 Grade 5, 1/2-13 hex nuts and 10 each 2inch Long x 1 inch wide x 5/16 of an inch tall spacer blocks.
