I had my local Midas shop install this hitch. While it was a time consuming job, the hitch was attached securely and it works perfectly. It fit exactly as described on the website and I couldn’t be happier with this product or my experience with eTrailer.
Kit was missing spring bolt feeder. Made do with a paper clip and some wire. Additional trimming and rewiring needed where the kick sensor controller is located. Lock on hitch release is jammed. Second guessing if this was the right hitch for my 2025 plug in rav 4.
