Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today we're looking at our Timbren suspension enhancement system, specifically for coil spring suspensions on the rear axle. Now these fit a 2013 through 2026 Subaru Crosstrek. That being said, sometimes these videos can become outdated over the years, so I always recommend you check the etrailer.com's fit guide where it says "my vehicle information." Enter things like year, make, and model, and other questions that ask you to be sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now, what's neat about these is they're gonna mount to your existing attachment points that give you rear axle support, enhancing your coil suspension's ability to support loads. Now, this uses what's called progressive load cushioning, and that just means it's gonna adjust the sit, adjust the stiffness based on the load weight, giving you optimal comfort.
And as you can see, you get the four clips there, a couple bushings here, and of course the two main spring enhancement systems themselves. Now, the cool thing about these here, once you install them, you don't have to worry about adjusting anything. They're ready to go for the life of your vehicle as long as you're using them. Now, these are rated at 1500 pounds rear spring capacity, so that means never go over what the limit of your vehicle is, number one. But number two, these are only gonna support 1500 pounds of support, so you're not adding that weight capacity to your vehicle.
You're just supporting 1500 pounds of that total weight, giving you a better, more cushioned, ride, and better suspension and handling overall. These are the hardest ride you could possibly get loaded or unloaded I would not recomend timbrens to anyone. Had to eat the cost and replace them with air bags. (Aweful product)

The supplied bolts are too short. Finding the right bolts added to time to do the install.
The jounce springs are 1/2 inch from axle. I'm sure the ride will be very harsh even when not loaded...

Worked better than I excepted. I have a old pickup with really tired suspension and this product made it better than new.
Very satisfied! Easy to install and use on my Nissan Titan. I didn’t even need to remove the wheel to install it. Now my truck does not squat when pulling a trailer or carrying heavy load.
Have not installed product yet,Christmas present for a friend.Box came damaged from postal service,tore open,hopefully all parts are there.

Some soapy water, a short 2x4 and bouncing up and down on the bumper a few times and these were installed. From removal of the old ones til the new ones were in took about 30 mins.
Easy install, test drive went well. Looks like the fix that was needed!

I recently purchased a 2024 tundra hybrid platinum. With this being the luxury addition the rear suspension is lacking when in comes to towing when I would hook to my 7x16 enclosed trailer my truck really saved.
I purchased and installed the timbren ses stops and no more sag. The ride of my truck remains smooth when unloaded and the timbrens also stopef the side to side rocking. Will post another after I tow a few times.

I never received the item so I canceled and ordered through [online store] I got it the following day. Now, months after I canceled my order, I received this empty box with and note from the mail carrier stating that he delivered an empty box.
