What is the Difference in the Hidden Hitches for a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid?

What is the difference between this item and the DT97YR? They look identical, both fit 2023 Rav 4 Hybrid.

The safety chain hangers are mounted in different locations is the only difference between the Hidden Hitch item # DT98GR and item # DT97YR. Both hitches are confirmed to fit a 2023 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. They have a removable 2" receiver, with a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
