This came 2 days after I ordered it. I was really worried about the adapter fitting my B&W Patriot slider. But Etrailer experts said that the Demco adapter would work. A lot of other research said nothing would work. It fit perfect into my 2021 F250 and the Patrot fit on it perfectly! This company was great! Wish I would have taken a few pictures but it was real cold today and I put in on and took it off.
Easy install, This was a perfect fit for my '22 F-350. The great thing is when taking the unit out of the truck you have a full bed with no obstructions. Great product and built very well.

Working out perfectly we hauled our 5th wheel trailer about 6 times last year and getting ready to do it again and its performed flawlessly the finishes holding up perfectly. We also found it just as easy at the end of the season to remove the adapter with the 5th wheel hitch all-in-one piece with my come along off of the garage beam.
Great solid product, came quickly, 5 minute install with adjustments, no assembly and B&W Patriot hitch fit great!!

I have a Demco 21k Hijacker ultra slide 5th wheel hitch that I purchased and installed on my 2016 Ford F250 Super Duty truck. When I purchased my 2019 F350 Super Duty, I wanted to continue to use my hitch. The problem is that the 2019 truck body is aluminum. I needed an adapter that would fit into my factory 5th wheel prep kit. This adapter fit the bill perfectly. It was a breeze to install with minimal adjustments needed to fit properly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is in a similar situation that I was in.

Fast shipping and great fit. 2021 Ford F250
Used the Demco #6175 adapter to attach to my F250 Puck System to a Pullrite #4409 adapter that attaches to an older Pullrite #4400 5th wheel hitch. It worked ok. A lot of play in all the connections. Eventually bought another 5th wheel hitch that attaches to the puck system without all the adapters.
Will try to sell the adapters.

Works great, easy to install and does exactly what I want.
Easy Install..took about 10mins. Fit on my 2019 f350 8ft bed dually. This adapter works great with my B&W patriot FITHWHEEL with slide. Couldn't see purchasing a new puck system hitch so I bought the adapter to fit my previous hitch to save a few bucks !
This rather poor review is of product only, nothing to do with etrailer's service or shipping. Although there are several positive reviews of the Demco adaptor, I didn't have that experience other than it is very easy to install and remove from the truck bed. My Anderson hitch and the adaptor make a very noticeable clunking sound each time I brake or take off from a stop. Installed back on my other truck with standard Reese bed rails, there is no sound. The grooves in the Demco adaptor for the hitch tangs are .1" larger than on my old Reese in bed rails causing the hitch to slip fore and aft and side to side with a bang. I'm needing to return this adaptor, but the restocking fee and shipping cost is prohibitive. Hopefully I can sell it online.
I already had the B&W Patriot hitch when i traded up to my F350 dually with the puck system but I needed a way to mount it. etrailer recommended this adapter plate and it has been awesome. it mounted right in with very little adjustment and has held up very well over the year that I have owned it and was way cheaper than buying a new Puck system hitch.
Product fits like a glove in my 2012 Ford F250 with the puck system. I am very satisfied with not only this product but with other products I have purchased from E-Trailer. You guys are the best.

I had purchase Demco 5th Wheel Adapter from etrailer for my 2019 ford pickup to pull my RV. The installation was very easy and done in about 5 minutes! When I called etrailer they were very professional and helpful. Any questions I had were answered. This is not the first time I have ordered something from them and every time I have been impressed by how polite and knowledgeable they were of what I have purchased!
I definitely will purchase from them again!
Bought the product for my 2015 F350 factory puck system. Got the unit from etrailer very quick. Was able to walk through the installation instructions very easily. Had my truck ready to tow my fifth wheel in about 30 minutes.
I had the adaptor plate for about a year. I have no complaints. It works great and I would recommend this product to my friends and family. Nice product.
Easy to install only a half an hour. My old hitch mounted great. Thanks etrailer for the good advice. Now when the weather improves we will be ready to hook up the trailer an go.

I just ordered and received this product from the manufacturer. It is already installed on the truck and fit with some adjustment to mounting pucks. Not a hard installation by any means. Very solid materials and overall construction. Haven’t pulled my trailer with it yet. This was the only product that fit our B&W Patriot 18K Slider rail mount hitch. Perfect fit for this hitch and installed with ease.
As for the shipping. Product stated it was shipped. We looked all over for our package and couldn’t find it. Just happens to look at my neighbors driveway and noticed a large box resembling the size of this adapter. Sure thing it was delivered to the wrong house. That is no good if you ask me. Luckily we have neighbors all around who look out for each other anyway.
I received my Demco DM6175 hitch adapter very quickly. This is going into my 2019 F-450 with factory 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Trailer Prep Package. Quality of construction and finish look very good, and installation was not difficult. The unit weighs over 90#, so you may need a second set of hands to help you drop it in or take it out. The adjustment procedure was very easy and did not take long. All you need is an impact driver, or you can use a socket/ratchet. It took less than 30 minutes to install and adjust. I will now be able to continue using my Reese Classic 14 5th wheel hitch, which is still in great shape, and more than adequate for my towing requirements. This adapter saved me $500-$1,000 compared to purchasing a "puck" style 5th wheel hitch! I will post another update after I tow with it in a few weeks!

Great , good quality, all welds are holding and nothing is showing any brakes or deffects. Pull a 35ft 5th wheel with 2024 F 250. Solid with the Ford puck design.
