How to Convert 18K Demco Hijacker to Fit Puck System on a 2019 Ford F-250 with a 6-3/4' Bed

Question:

I have the 18K hijacker autoslide that fits the regular base rails. I just purchased a 2019 F-250 short bed and it has the puck system in it. Can I still use this hitch?

We do have a few options for you to get your 18K Demco Hijacker # DM8550034 to fit the puck system on your 2019 Ford F-250 with the 6-3/4' bed!

Your current system uses the side plates # DM6003 which are compatible with the standard base rails like you said. For your Hijacker to work with your puck system you can either swap out those side plates with the part # DM6033, which will give you the same setup as part # DM8550024, or you can just use the Rail Adapter # DM6175. The rail adapter adds an extra piece to your 5th wheel setup but it keeps you from having to modify your current Hijacker.
