What all do I need to order to install this Item # 16265 on my 2019 F250 with 5th wheel prep kit factory installed?

In order to install the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16265 referenced in your question on your 2019 Ford F-250 that is equipped with the factory prep kit, you will just need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6175. This adapter will drop right into the factory pucks in the truck bed to provide industry standard base rails that the Curt Q25 will mount to.

If you have the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Hitch but would rather not use a separate adapter plate, another option is to replace its existing legs with the Curt OEM Legs # C16017. This will convert your hitch so that it can mount directly to the factory pucks. Just note that your hitch's capacity will be reduced to the 24,000 pound limit on the legs.

Finally, if you don't yet have have the hitch, I recommend just going with the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16545-16017. This 24,000 pound hitch is designed for the factory rail kit on your Ford F-250 and will mount directly to the pucks. No other components will be necessary.
