Question:

I have a 2019 Chevy 3500hd with a 6.5 ft bed. I would like to add the reese elite under bed rail system to the truck but still be able to utilize my current hitch. The Demco #DM6175 seems to be a lower profile than the Reese hitch so I would prefer to use the Demco adapter rather than the Reese adapter. Will the Demco puck adapter fit the Reese Elite hitch for my 2019 Silverado? Thanks for your time.

The pucks for the Reese Elite systems are in the same exact location as the Ford Factory Rail Kit pucks. This means that the Demco 5th Wheel Adapter for Ford OEM Prep Package # DM6175, which is indeed a bit shorter than the Reese # RP30156, will fit the Reese Elite Under-Bed Rail System on your Silverado 3500 perfectly. This will allow you to use your existing hitch (as long as it attaches to industry-standard rails) while keeping the overall height as low-profile as possible.

I would to get the measerments between the wider mount slots& again between the inner mounts

For both of the adapters mentioned above you will find that the wider mounting points measure 29" on center while the inner mounting points measure 20-1/2" on center. You can see an example of these measurements on the attached answer page.
