The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Hitch # C16265 will work with an adapter for the puck systems. You simply need to recognize that some adapters will limit the towing capacity. Curt is one of the hitches that uses legs compatible with the different pucks, so I will give you both options.
For a Ram, you will use Reese adapter # RP30154 or Demco # DM6099. You can alternatively use the Curt legs # C16021 which will mount directly to your pucks.
For a Chevy or GMC, you will use the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # C16025. You can alternatively use the Demco # DM6206 for long bed or the # DM6194 for short bed.
For a Ford, you will use Demco # DM6175 or Reese # RP30156 or you can use the Curt legs # C16017.
