The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.Powered tail light converter didn't arrive, either it was left out of the package or fell out of damaged package. The trailer hitch receiver wasn't properly secured, it was held in place by a single piece of cardboard, which failed during shipping causing two large holes to be ripped open as the trailer hitch receiver was free to jostle around. The Hitch Receiver got many scrapes and paint chipped off leaving naked steel exposed to the elements. As is, it will rust and could potentially fail much sooner than designed.
Great hitch and easy to install on my 2018 Audi Q5. Used it already to tow a heavy motorcycle 200 miles on rented trailer. Mostly using it with Thule Helium Pro Bike Rack for 3 Bikes, also purchased from “erailer”.

Excellent product and customer support. Over the years I’ve bought two, installed by myself. A third hitch is in the process because we recently decided to purchase a second hand Acura MDX that needs a hitch for our bike rack. Videos make the installation easy.
Had this hitch installed on my 2018 Audi Q5 last week. Already used it a few times to carry my bikes and it's perfect! Can't comment on the longevity , but this certainly seems like a high-quality hitch, and I am excited at all the flexibility it allows me. Awesome! Works perfectly.
I ordered a draw-tite hitch for a ‘21 Audi SQ5. Super solid product, 1/4 the price of the OEM hitch and I can’t imagine the OEM one is any better. Fast shipping from e-trailer (the box looked like it’d fallen off the truck but the contents were fine), and the hitch fit perfectly!
Installation went exactly as the video described. Of course I had the benefit of my brother’s knowledge, tools and expertise, as I could not have done the installation myself.
Very pleased with the final result. The hitch looks as if it was a factory installation.

Great product. Very easy to install by just following the video. The only problem I had was with the trim because the measurements is off center if you follow the instructions but it still works and it isn’t noticeable unless you bend. 2018 Audi Q5. Second time I’ve ordered from here and perfect every time. Quick shipping also.

Towed a heavy 6x12 trailer across the country and the tow hitch and wiring kit performed really well
This is the second Draw-Tight trailer hitch I have purchased from etrailer.com. Supper fast shipping and the communication from the etrailer team is excellent. The Draw-tight hutch was easy to install and looks great on our 2018 Q5. I didn’t have to cut any plastic parts to complete the installation because the bumper plastic will fit around the hitch.
Installation went just as expected. This is a rather simple installation and looks like a factory hitch. You only need to cut the notch into the bumper cover if you have a long ball mount that will reach back into the receiver.
The product is very very well built and solid. I am completely satisfied with the this product and the service provided by etrailer.com!
The order arrived quickly. There was a video for my car and my trailer hitch which I followed to the letter. The level of difficulty was pretty high, and I have installed 4 other etrailers on my cars before. It took me about 2 hours to complete the install on my Audio Q5 without any issues. Anytime I buy a car, I add a trailer hitch from etrailer because they make it so easy.

I am very happy with my purchase from etrailer.com especially since I did not have to cut out a notch in my bumper to fit the tow hitch. It just slipped into the open gap. The only other thing I would change about the instructions. The 10 mm socket needs to be an extended 10 mm socket.
Shipped very promptly, received within 2 days. A bit disappointed for the box, as the hitch receiver had broken throhgh the cardboard but disn't show any big damage other than cosmetic. Installed was relatively simple if you watch the video first. Took me about 3 hours to install and return vehicle to driving conditions, but I did have my 2 little ones constantly interrupt me, so I am pretty sure that easily 1:30-2:00 tips is cery reasonable. I did not have to trim the bottom of the bumper as it fit without any issues. It looks stock which is someting I was looking for.

Be careful trimming the small piece of plastic under the rear bumper. The tabs are not equally spaced so if you measure between two centre tabs it isn’t actually in the centre of the bumper and the small cut out will be off centre.
Great product. Fairly easy to install using available videos. Three years later- very durable.
2018 AUDI SQ5; DRAW-TITE 76183
I am very pleased with the DRAW-TITE 76183. The fit is excellent. It is tight up to the car and sits in the exact same spot as the $900! Factory unit. I installed it in 2 hours. Be very careful with the snaps for the wheel well trim. Release them from the INSIDE from underneath with a flat head driver, there are two at the bottom on both sides. Its tricky but it the ONLY way to insure not damaging the snaps. Instructions don't call for this. They are not the replaceable kind, they are part of the trim.
DO NOT CUT/trim your FACIA! Its not necessary. Or at least test fit the facia before cutting. Im glad i did a test fit before trimming. I did not need to trim mine and have plenty of room in that area.

Going strong. Gets used every weekend.
Just got the hitch installed on an Audi SQ5 Sportback. It was difficult to find confirmation that this would fit but etrailer's customer service rep was so helpful--went above and beyond with helping me place this order and letting me know that it could be returned if it could not be installed. I'll be using it to tow a trailer in a few days but installation, including the wiring (there were concerns the wiring wouldn't work with the new SQ5 but it worked out fine). All went smoothly and it looks great--tucked in just under the bumper. Thank you etrailer!
I have not installed the Hitch yet but the level of communication on delivery and expectations have been first rate.
Once again etrailer comes through with easy ordering, quality and accurate product specifications with quick delivery. Sadly, I just recently had the draw-tite installed on my q5 only to have the car totaled by rodents in the wiring harness. The insurance adjuster gave me a credit for the hitch; so here i am again!

Oh no, that's not good to hear at all. Let me get the harness shipped out to you right away. As for the hitch, you will definitely need to cover up that exposed metal. You can use a rust-oleum type of paint to cover up those scratches. I have a link below for more information.
