Well made and perfect fit on my Audi. Installation was easier than I thought and went really smooth.
As etrailer may have noted it's a 10/10 install. Removing the rear bumper cover is a little tricky and putting it back on for one person was even more tricky. Following their video made it all possible. I would have never found all the fasteners without their help. Fun project and works great for towing and bike racks. I love the customer service and videos, this is my third hitch from them.
Great hitch and easy to install on my 2018 Audi Q5. Used it already to tow a heavy motorcycle 200 miles on rented trailer. Mostly using it with Thule Helium Pro Bike Rack for 3 Bikes, also purchased from “erailer”.

Had this hitch installed on my 2018 Audi Q5 last week. Already used it a few times to carry my bikes and it's perfect! Installation went exactly as the video described. Of course I had the benefit of my brother’s knowledge, tools and expertise, as I could not have done the installation myself.

Great product. Very easy to install by just following the video. The only problem I had was with the trim because the measurements is off center if you follow the instructions but it still works and it isn’t noticeable unless you bend. 2018 Audi Q5. Second time I’ve ordered from here and perfect every time. Quick shipping also.

This is the second Draw-Tight trailer hitch I have purchased from etrailer.com. Supper fast shipping and the communication from the etrailer team is excellent. The Draw-tight hutch was easy to install and looks great on our 2018 Q5. I didn’t have to cut any plastic parts to complete the installation because the bumper plastic will fit around the hitch.
Installation went just as expected. This is a rather simple installation and looks like a factory hitch. You only need to cut the notch into the bumper cover if you have a long ball mount that will reach back into the receiver.
The product is very very well built and solid. I am completely satisfied with the this product and the service provided by etrailer.com!

The order arrived quickly. There was a video for my car and my trailer hitch which I followed to the letter. The level of difficulty was pretty high, and I have installed 4 other etrailers on my cars before. It took me about 2 hours to complete the install on my Audio Q5 without any issues. Anytime I buy a car, I add a trailer hitch from etrailer because they make it so easy.

I am very happy with my purchase from etrailer.com especially since I did not have to cut out a notch in my bumper to fit the tow hitch. It just slipped into the open gap. The only other thing I would change about the instructions. The 10 mm socket needs to be an extended 10 mm socket.
Shipped very promptly, received within 2 days. A bit disappointed for the box, as the hitch receiver had broken throhgh the cardboard but disn't show any big damage other than cosmetic. Installed was relatively simple if you watch the video first. Took me about 3 hours to install and return vehicle to driving conditions, but I did have my 2 little ones constantly interrupt me, so I am pretty sure that easily 1:30-2:00 tips is cery reasonable. I did not have to trim the bottom of the bumper as it fit without any issues. It looks stock which is someting I was looking for.

Be careful trimming the small piece of plastic under the rear bumper. The tabs are not equally spaced so if you measure between two centre tabs it isn’t actually in the centre of the bumper and the small cut out will be off centre.

Towed a heavy 6x12 trailer across the country and the tow hitch and wiring kit performed really well
I ordered a draw-tite hitch for a ‘21 Audi SQ5. Super solid product, 1/4 the price of the OEM hitch and I can’t imagine the OEM one is any better. Fast shipping from e-trailer (the box looked like it’d fallen off the truck but the contents were fine), and the hitch fit perfectly!
