If lifting is a concern, choose a strut-assist option; for tight spaces, narrower or flip-tread styles help and shed grit before stowing.
MORryde Flip Tread 4 steps work well for narrow doorways and rear doors, and the grit can fall off before folding into the camper. The step treads are approximately 19.415" wide. They're designed for door openings between 23-3/4" and 28-1/4"; if your opening is slightly wider, a small spacer or trim can help. They're narrower in the doorway to save clearance when stowed.
Yes, MORryde 4 steps are available with strut assist. The strut installs on the right side only, and that bracket isn't on the left.
