This is the second Pro Series Friction Sway control bar I have purchased, and like the first, this one installed easily and will give me many years of service.
I bought the sway control to replace one which was lost. It appears to be a drop in replacement at a great price.

Other than the tightening mechanism being deleiverd upside down, everything was in good order and the price was very good as compared to ther internet offers.

I purchased a sway bar kit and it was exactly what I wanted. The product was well built and installed easily with very good instructions. Shipping was prompt. I would definitely buy from etrailer again.
All items were received with the order. The order was quickly shipped and arrived quickly as well. My interaction with Customer Support was also much better than received from your competitors (basically I received no support from your competitors, I only received a form letter as a response to my questions).
Installation was simple, although I broke/ stripped out 2 of the screws that hold the friction mount to the trailer (I would think that stronger screws would be included, but the problems were partially my fault as well).

Installation was simple and setup was easy. I was really glad to have the sway bar when I encountered very high swirling winds on my trip through Tulsa, Oklahoma. The trailer was stable and tracked well, even though I was very concerned about how the trailer would track in traffic with the very gusty swirls. I noticed a trailer on the highway without a sway bar and it was porpoising the tow vehicle significantly. You can tow a trailer with confidence with one of these in use.
The Reese Friction Sway Control Kit is a great product.
As it turns out, I didn't need it on my Suby set-up, but I will likely use it on my new van/trailer combo. A few years ago I had a Reece sway control on another vehicle and it fixed the dreaded swing-a-ding immediately! You'll definitely know if and when you need one! so pls do get one - it may safe a whole lot of trouble.
Service from Naomi was excellent as was the follow up. Have not installed the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit yet, but will soon and the instructions look clear and straightforward. Very impressed with e-trailer and it will always be my “go to” for any trailering supplies. Thank you.
