Are There Replacement Spring Bars Available For Reese 49904 Weight Distribution System

Hey Yves, I can absolutely get you back on the road with a working weight distribution system, but unfortunately it won't be with your existing Reese 49904 model. This particular system has been discontinued and is no longer being made. We no longer have any replacement parts for it, including the spring bars that you're needing.

I know this isn't the news you were hoping for and I completely understand the pain of needing a brand new system, but it's truly the only solution we have available.

With that being said, I can get you a new system that's pretty darn similar to the Reese one you're used to. The Blue Ox 2-Point # BLU75FR uses the same type of round bars, has an identical 1,200 pound tongue weight limit, and will work and perform very much like what you had before. This will do a fantastic job of helping with sway and giving you a level setup with the trailer attached.

One replacement bar was ordered. I installed it with one original. Had no problems. We tow new trailers from Elkhart IN to dealerships across the country.
