When you’re pulling heavy gear at highway speeds, this combo is ready to handle it. The Provider ST235/80R16 radial tire carries up to 3,520 lbs at 80 psi and is speed rated M (81 mph). The 16" x 6" steel wheel is rated for 3,860 lbs, giving you a strong margin for hauling confidence. Both meet DOT specs and exceed FMVSS standards, so you can tow long distances knowing your setup is proven and compliant.
No need to spend time at the tire shop. This assembly comes match-mounted and balanced from the factory for a smooth ride that cuts down on vibration and wear. The laser-guided balancing process aligns the tire and wheel for even rotation, so you get less bounce and more stability on the road from day one.
Road debris, salt spray, and wet conditions don’t stand a chance. The modular steel wheel uses a zinc phosphate pre-treatment and e-coat primer before the black acrylic enamel finish is applied. It resists chips and scrapes better than standard powder coat finishes and earned more than 1,000 hours of salt spray resistance in testing.
Traction matters when weather turns bad. These Provider radials use automotive-grade tread with sipes that channel water away for better contact on wet, snowy, or icy roads. Double steel belts, double polyester cords, and a nylon overlay strengthen the tire against tread separation while reducing heat buildup on long drives. The result is durability you can count on for thousands of miles.

The included Platinum Plus warranty adds real-world assurance with 2 years of complimentary roadside assistance. If you ever get a flat, a technician will come change it out with your existing inflated spare tire—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—so your trip keeps moving without delay.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

its a spare and holing up fine. I cant say much other than when asked for a 1 year review all I could do was go out, look at condition from being exposed to weather and check pressure. Pressure wa good still and tire looks as goos as it did a year ago.
