For the Provider ST235/80R16 Trailer Tire with Black Mod Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 # TA53MR you will want the Camco Vinyl Spare Tire Cover - 31-1/4" Diameter - Black # CAM45254. The # TA53MR is 30.79" in diameter, and the # CAM45254 fits up to 31-1/4" so it will be a great fit!

@KateF the tire cover fits perfect without any issues. It covers the entire tire for all around protection from the elements. The 2 issues of concern are (1) when left on in the rain the cover traps a pool of water at the bottom and (2) be careful not to be too aggressive installing and removing the cover for the string is exposed. Too much stretching could break the string at the bottom so handle with care.
