  We do have hubs available with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern; they are each compatible with 3,500 lb axles, have inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 and fit wheels that are between 13 inches and 15 inches. You need to take apart your old hub in order to find out if you have the same bearing numbers. • Will ST250/90D15 Tire Fit Dexstar Vintage Steel Wheel
  The answer to your question is going to depend on the actual tire you have. I don't have an example for that size since it is not something we carry so I will use an ST205/75D15 like the # AM1ST92. This tire fits 15" x 5", 15" x 5-1/2", 15" x 6", and 15" x 6-1/2" rims. Often within a size this can vary based on what the manufacturer specifies. I would check with the tire manufacturer to see if the 5" width of the # AM20395 is acceptable for your tires.
