The spring center and hub face measurements that you have are more synonymous of a 3,500 lb weight capacity which is why you are having a hard time trying to find an axle with 5,200 lb weight capacity. That said, I do have an option for you in the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension part # ASR5200S01 which has a 5,200 lb weight capacity and you don't need to worry about matching the spring center or hub face measurements of your existing axle. This option also has a unique rebound spring which works to improve your unloaded ride quality which can be an issue with leaf spring suspension systems.

If you were to upgrade to a 5,200 lb axle you would need new hubs/drums, brakes, and wheels/tires no matter if using the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension or a Dexter Trailer Axle Beam. The 3,500 lb axle uses 10" brake assemblies with 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and the 5,200 lb axle uses 12" brake assemblies with either 6 on 5-1/2" or 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern. The bearings and seals are also different as well. For the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension part # ASR5200S01 you will need the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA and the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K (2). For wheels/tires, I recommend the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Tire # AM10303, it has a weight capacity of 2,830 lbs at 80 psi and a speed rating of 81 mph for your tires. Then for your wheel, a Dexstar 15" White Spoke Wheel part # AM20532.
