Hello Edward, thanks for reaching out. We do carry 16" trailer rims, but nothing with a 6 on 6 bolt pattern. All of the 16" 6-lug wheels we offer have the standard 6 on 5-1/2" or 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern. I am not aware of anything 6 on 6. It might be worth looking into replacing your hubs with something that uses a more standard bolt pattern.

What kind of trailer is this wheel going on?

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
