Great little lights. Installed beneath the galley cabinets in my boat. Easy to install and wire, give a lot of light.
The thing's that I order were right , from coupler lock to lighting, tie down rings it even got here a day sooner than they said it would . that works for me.
I haven't installed the light yet but will be putting it over a counter in a living area I'm building in a cargo trailer along with some other LEDs I purchased When completed I plan to send photos

Works great. Had it for a year now with no problems. I use it for a back seat dome light on my car. Nice and bright and it runs on 12 volts.
The solder connections in the back protrude past the housing so a flush installation doesn't work unless you drill a hole exactly in the right location for the wires to fit through. Shame on me for not watching the video.

Good output light, wire leads are heavy and attached well. I did not realize this wasn't surface mount and has no switch, but that's my fault for not reading carefully. I added a small inline switch and it does the job.
Received promptly - very good shipping response. Item was inspected and found to be in new condition. It has not been installed yet. It is intended as a replacement OEM light in a pickup cap.

The lights in bought work great, vary bright and easy to install.
While no instructions were included, it was simple to pop the 2 end caps off and secure to the bottom of a cabinet with 2 screws and connect the 2 wires. This size light is good for a smaller area and provides a bright white light. I would buy this or the larger version again.
Too bad it's not surface mount. Not really as bright as i thought, unless you look right into it (not recommended) .
Overall a nice product better suited for under cabinet install rather than primary light in a cargo trailer.
Great little light. I added 2 of these, one towards the front of the trailer and the other towards the back. Lot of light and very little power required.
Optronics light ILL70CB is a thin bright white led perfect for a dome light in a trailer.
Works great in any situation.
Hello all. So I'm building a coffee table that required a specific size and wattage light that uses a 12 volt power source. After hours and hours of online searching, I found etrailer. They had the lights I needed at the right price and shipped them out quickly. A great company!

Product I purchased was a 9 inch LED light strip. My plan was to replace the incandescent bulb in the vent hood over the stove inside my travel trailer with the more efficient brighter LED strip.
The plastic cover over the incandescent bulb was destroyed by the heat of the bulb and I was looking for a better source of light for cooking.
I fabricated a sheet metal bracket and installed inside the hood as shown in the attached picture. Since it is a 12 volt circuit I had no concern about the electrical installation. I did however run all the wiring in a protected manner.
Works great and gives us more light over the cooking surface.
Very simple to wire up and works perfectly. If I had to find something to improve I would suggest that the screw holes be bigger. The head on a self tapping screw does not fit.

Glad the wiring was good to go, but I will let Optronics know about the mounting holes. That's definitely the kind of feedback we want to hear. What did you install this on?
