Uneven axle spacing can cause the tires to rub and the ride to feel rough. This kit uses four 12" long straight equalizers with 7/8" diameter center holes for consistent spacing and suspension travel across all three axles. With the right setup, you’ll see about 33-1/2" between axles and roughly 2-3/4" of tire clearance when using 30.8" diameter tires, giving the suspension room to work the way it should.
The front, center, and rear hangers are built to keep the suspension aligned under heavy load. You get (2) 3-9/16" tall front hangers, (4) 3-11/16" tall center hangers, and (2) 5-1/16" tall rear hangers. Each one gives the right height and geometry for a triple-axle setup rated from 3,500-lb up to 8,000-lb axles, maintaining about 4-3/4" clearance between the trailer frame and axle depending on axle size.
Everything you need for connecting the hangers and equalizers is in the box. The kit includes (12) 3-1/2" long x 9/16" diameter shackle bolts with matching locknuts, (4) 4-11/16" long x 7/8" diameter equalizer bolts, (4) 7/8" diameter castle nuts, and (4) 2-1/4" long cotter pins. Each piece fits precisely, keeping the suspension joints secure and moving freely.
Designed for 2" wide slipper springs, this setup lets you attach six springs (sold separately) directly to the trailer frame. It’s the right combination of parts for rebuilding or upgrading a triple-axle suspension, giving you a dependable mount that keeps the springs aligned and the ride steady over long miles.

It looks like we had responded a couple of times so I am not sure as to what happened. Sometimes GMAIL will read our emails as spam so may have moved our responses to the spam folder. I do not have a drawing that I can send however the spacing you are looking for between the hangers for the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2 inch Slipper Springs part # AP302-H302 is 28.50 inches for the first to second hangers, 33 inches from the second to third hangers, and then 28.50 inches from the third to the fourth hangers. This would allow you to use a 2-inch slipper spring like the 5-Leaf for 7K Axle part # SP-232275. When it comes to exact placement of the hangers on the trailer frame thats something you will have to play with to get the correct placement. The ideal locations will give your trailer a tongue weight thats 10-15 percent of the weight of the trailer. I have included an article that will help.

This kit is for 3500lb to 8000lb capacity range. Too many spring possibilities to include bushings. Shop for your specific bushing needs on this site.
