Since you are building a trailer I first want to state that using quad axles isn't ideal. It will cause tire scrub as there becomes too broad an axle base for the trailer to track as nicely. That is why most trailers will use tandem or triple axles as needed for load capacity. If you just want to add the 4th axle for overbuild reasons it will bite you as you will need to replace tires more often. Most of the professional semi flat bed trailers that have the quad axles are for transporting heavy equipment and use air suspension versus springs so they can adjust more for corners but they will still scrub.
If you absolutely need to use 4 axles for your capacity, then I recommend using two tandem suspension kits. The Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs - 12" Long Equalizers # APT6SE will work for your quad axle system. This can be paired with the 7-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Hook End for 8,000-lb Trailer Axles - 26-5/8" Long # e37SR. This will put the hangers in different positions as specified in the attached photo. You would simply put two hangers right next to each other.
If you can get the job done with 3 axles, then I recommend the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs - 12" Long Equalizers # APTT6SE which will then be spaced slightly differently as specified in the other photo using the same slipper springs.
I've attached an article to help with your axle positioning on your trailer.
