Video Transcript for All You Need to Know About the MORryde Rubber Suspension Upgrade for Triple Axle Trailers

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this MORryde rubber suspension upgrade for triple axle trailers with a 33 inch wheel base. Now this kit is going to work with an axle capacity of 5,200 to 7,000 pounds per axle, and this is a great system to consider if you frequently travel over rough roads where some extra travel in your suspension would ease your way. Or if you have issues with body roll in your trailer and you need to reinforce your frame, these rubber equalizers are going to significantly upgrade your fifth wheel or travel trailer to help solve the problems of road shock and chucking. Each equalizer contains an extra thick heavy duty rubber shear spring that helps to absorb and dampen vibration and bounce, resulting in a less bumpy ride. The springs also absorb the back and forth movement to reduce chucking and jerking so that you don't get thrown around inside of your cab.

Now the rubber used in these inserts is thicker than what is in most equalizer upgrades. Making this kit a premium suspension option for your trailer. Now each of these equalizers offer up to four inches of up and down travel. The more travel your trailer suspension has, the better it is able to compensate for road shock. When you hit a pothole, for example, these equalizers are going to allow your suspension to account for that dip on one side so that the opposite side, the opposite wheels rather, aren't forced to compensate.

As a result, you'll get an ultra smooth ride even when you're driving over uneven campground roads or speed bumps. Now, included with this kit are these X factor cross members that you see here. And these cross members are going to reinforce your trailer's frame, giving it added support and stability and extending the life of your trailer. They are going to be able to easily extend, as you see here, to match the width of your trailer. And this is going to be an easy bolt on installation.

And as you can see, I do have somewhat limited space here in my studio so I tried to lay out everything as much as possible so you could see what you we're getting in this kit. But right here we do have the hardware for mounting the equalizers and the cross member. So everything that you see here on the tables here before me are going to be included with this kit. The bolts and shackle straps for mounting your leaf springs are sold separately, and while you're replacing the equalizers, we do recommend using MORryde suspension upgrade kit which is sold separately to upgrade your shackle links as well. Factory shackle links wear out pretty quickly and easily.

So replacing them with MORryde thick heavy duty shackle links will save you the time and effort of having to frequently replace them. Not to mention you're going to get easy to grease bolts and long lasting bronze bushings with that kit for a totally upgraded setup. So if you're interested in checking that out, check the related product section of this product page for the suspension upgrade kit that will work best for you. These parts are made here in the USA, and again this is for triple axle trailers with 33 inch wheel base and double eye leaf springs. To determine your wheel base, measure the distance between the center of your front wheel to the center of your rear wheel. And again, this is for an axle capacity of 5,200 to 7,000 pounds per axle. Well, that's going to conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me..
