Question:

Im looking at upgrading my shackles on my 2020 Heartland Cyclone 4007 5th wheel. I only see an option for a tandem axle. Do you offer a triple axle option? Also, I currently have the CRE3000 equalizer, is the Road Armor considered an upgrade? If so, again I only see an option for a tandem axle. Is there a triple axle option? Thank you!

For upgraded shackles on your 2020 Heartland Cyclone 4007 5th wheel I recommend one of our suspension upgrade kits. In order to select the correct kit you will need to know the length of your current shackles. If you have 2-1/4" shackle straps you need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Triple Axle Trailers # MR86ZR and for 3-1/8" shackles you need the # MR26ZR. These kits come with heavy-duty shackle straps along with wet bolts and bronze bushings.

Regarding the Road Armor # LC696740, you will not be able to use this on your trailer since it is for tandem axle applications. A triple axle option is not available for the Road Armor. More than likely you would not notice a difference between the upgraded equalizer brands for triple axle applications, so if you end up needing to replace your MORryde Rubber Equalizers # MR39ZR I recommend replacing them with the same thing. Another advantage to sticking with these is that you already know they fit so you will not need to measure and compare for a different size equalizer.
