Question:
I have a 2021 Heartland Cyclone 4006. I need to replace the suspension. I have found the springs EMCO/TRU52FR I am also wanting to replace the Morryde 3000 equalizers, shackles, wet bolts/brass bushings, ubolts and also add the morryde x-factor cross brace. Can you help me find all of the correct parts to complete this project?

Hey Lance, welcome back! To replace your equalizers and shackles, I am going to need you to take a couple of measurements because I have no way of knowing what size the ones on your Heartland Cyclone are and we've got two options for both.
To the replace your MORryde CRE3000 equalizers, you'll need one of the following options:
MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Triple Axle Trailers item # MR59ZR. The left and right mounting bolts on the main equalizer will be 6-1/2" apart from center to center.
MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Triple Axle Trailers item # MR39ZR. The left and right mounting bolts on the main equalizer will be 8" apart from center to center.
To upgrade your shackle straps, bushings, and wet bolts, you'll need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit item # MR86ZR with 2-1/4" long shackle straps or item # MR26ZR for 3-1/8" long shackle straps. You'll want to measure from the mounting holes of one of your shackle straps and go with whatever kit is closest.
I attached some diagrams below so you can see what exactly you'll need to measure.
The MORryde item # MR33WR is going to be the correct X-Factor Crossmember since you have and are just replacing MORryde CRE3000 equalizers. You can add up to four with a triple axle trailer. All mounting hardware necessary for installation is included.
How did you determine the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring item # TRU52FR is the correct replacement for your current leaf springs?

Hi Lance, 6 leaf leaf springs work great, depending on the weight capacity of your axels, 7,8k axels. I used them on 5th wheels and heavy dump trailer. Customers are very happy with the change, b4 I was replacing leaf springs almost every 6 months. Now with the 6 leaf springs they can use they’re trailers a lil longer.
