Driving or parking in dim light can be tricky when your trailer doesn’t stand out. This 3-1/2" x 1-3/4" rectangular red reflector helps make your trailer visible at night or in low-light conditions. It reflects light back toward approaching vehicles, improving visibility and safety without needing any wiring or power.
It’s not just about function—this reflector looks sharp too. The chrome bezel frames the red lens for a neat, finished appearance that blends well with polished trim or hardware. It adds a subtle upgrade that looks intentional, not like an afterthought.

No need to drill holes or deal with tools. The adhesive backing lets you stick this reflector right where you need it on almost any flat surface. Just clean the area, peel, and press into place—it’s that easy. The low-profile design sits only 1/4" thick, so it won’t snag or stick out awkwardly.
You can count on this reflector to do its job right. It meets FMVSS 108 standards for reflector performance, giving you peace of mind that it’s built to the same level of safety required for vehicle lighting and visibility equipment.

Hey, everybody. Ryan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be checking out the Peterson Stick-On Trailer Reflector. Adding a stick on reflector like this is a great way to get some extra visibility from other motorists, you know, without having to run a light. 'Cause sometimes, you know, you just can't mount a light where you want to, or you don't really feel like having to route the wires and go through all that trouble. So, this is a quick and easy solution for you.
So, this one's red in color. You want red to be on the back of the trailer. It's like kind of how we have it set up here. And if you're gonna be doing the sides or the front, you'd want to use an amber colored one, which these are also available. And one of the things that kind of separates these from some of the others is the chrome trim ring.
Some people like it, some people don't. I feel like it would just depend on the style of your trailer that you're putting this on. But you know, if you wanna go for a little extra pop and it matches the rest of your setup, it's a good option for you. Being at these stick on a two-sided tape, you can pretty much mount them anywhere. When you do go to Mount them though, make sure the surface you're putting them on is clean and dry.
So I like to use rubbing alcohol, wipe it down and stick it on. Really, you're only gonna be limited to the size, right Where, if you've got enough for them to put it. So, the size of the reflector is gonna be three and a half inches long, and an inch and three quarters wide. So, relatively compact. And just to kind of compare this one to some of the other ones, here's an Optronics reflector.
I kinda like these. They feel a little bit thicker. They have a black trim ring around it, so just wanted to give you another option there if you think that'll match your trailer better, or whatever the case may be. Other than that, though, you know, not a whole lot to it. It feels well built. It's gonna be a quick and easy way to make your trailer a little more visible. But with that said, I think that'll about do it for our look at of the Peterson Stick-On Trailer Reflector.

After a year in they are working great on our trailers as well as our emergency response vehicles. Not a single issue. As other makes fail over time, were replacing them with these Peterson reflectors.
