Thank you for the images. This shows me you currently have the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-105-106 on your 2007 Airstream Safari. I recommend upgrading to the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-458-459 as this will give you a more consistent brake feel as the shoes wear. I went out to our warehouse to get the following dimensions for the Dexter Torflex #11 Axle Side-Mount Frame Installation Hardware Kit # DX57FR as we do not have a dimensional drawing from Dexter. The overall length is 11-7/16", height of side with bolt holes is 3-1/4", and width of top is 2-3/4". If you are changing from the Lippert to the Dexter #11 to try and increase the weight capacity you will want to contact the manufacturer of your 2018 Little Guy Max to verify the chassis can support additional weight. Hey Steve! I am sorry but we do not have the mounting brackets you need for a 7,000 lbs Torsion Axle. That's going to be a #12 torsion axle and all we have the mounting brackets for are the #10 item # DX54FR and the #11 item # DX57FR.

Lifting a 1983 Airstream Excella Tandem Axle Trailer With #11 Torflex Axles
I do not even see that they used any type of mounting bracket for your Torflex axles. Instead it appears they cut out the frame around the axles and added some steel where needed. We do have the Torflex # 11 Brackets # DX57FR which you can weld to your frame for each axle and then you will be able to use the Lift Kit # K71-724-02 you have. This may require some additional modification to your frame .
