Will these lights be waterproof enough to work on a boat trailer? What is their IP rating?

The Optronics LED Trailer Tail Light # STL88RCB is perfect for boat trailers. This light does not carry an IP rating, but it is sonically sealed with a waterproof housing and submersible. This is the case for many of the Optronics lights which are often used on boat trailers.
