Hi Matt with etrailer, and today we're talking about the etrailer E-Track flat hooks. So let's check 'em out. So these are gonna be a great option for you if you are looking for any longer items or anything that's gonna stick out from the wall a little bit. You just need a little bit more coverage than usual to hold up those items. People do use this for ladders a lot of times because we can spread this out pretty far. And they also do come in a set of two or one.

So if you don't plan on using a ladder, and you just need one hook, you're gonna have that option too. One of those case uses where I might want to take this off and just use one hook instead. I'll just place this ladder over here for the time being, and I can replace it with maybe if I have some chairs I'm gonna put up here, I could either put one or two on one spot. If you wanna put two on for whatever reason you have, you can put 'em on separate hooks too. Just make everything a little bit more organized.

Now these are gonna be some pretty heavy duty hooks. They're gonna be having a weight capacity of up to 200 pounds per hook. So I do recommend just make sure that your wall can handle that much weight. But yeah, that's gonna be a lot of weight that you can really store on here. We're gonna get a few measurements too.

So the space this is gonna take up either in your garage or trailer is gonna be about eight and a half inches. Now, usable hook space, that's gonna decrease to about six inches. So both of those are important to know just to give you an idea of how much this is gonna stick out, whether it's gonna be in your way or not. And we'll let you know if you can fit your ladder or whatever gear on here too. These hooks are also gonna be very adjustable and that does come with some pros and cons.

So the pro is, it's really easy to remove, and like I said, this is very adjustable. If you need to maneuver some things around your garage, you're gonna be able to, and the way you do move this around is pretty straightforward. You gotta make sure you lift up on this lever, make sure you put that into our channel up at the top, it grabbed on, and you let go. And yeah, it's very adjustable. You can really pretty much place it anywhere along this track. Now the downside, as you can see, that's gonna move a lot. So if you want something that's more permanent, that isn't gonna move, that's more sturdy, then this might not be the best option for you. But if you are constantly rearranging or adapting to different scenarios, this is gonna be a great option. And if you're not a big fan of this design, because it does stick out a little bit, or it's not really gonna fit your gear needs as much, we do have other options of hooks on our website. Like I said earlier, this is gonna be the flat hook design. We're also gonna have a rounded hook design, that's gonna accommodate more like hoses, wires, or anything that's gonna be long cords. And we also have other ones that have two hooks on them. Those two hooks are gonna be great for anything like your tools, whether that be a shovel or a rake.
