Excellent build quality and quick delivery. Having the company check in several times to make sure everything was satisfactory was nice. Installation was a breeze. Pro tip: move the hitch into place with a floor jack and then just raise it into place and align the bolt holes. I was able to do it this way without dropping the exhaust and it make things much easier!
This is a very nice hitch unit. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the installation time required. The e trailer video showed a 15-20 minute installation for my vehicle model & year, but both mufflers have to be lowered in order to install it, which resulted in nearly 2 hours for the install.
Joshua at etrailers was extremely helpful. When I realized our hitch would not arrive in time before our trip, he recommended a different hitch to 3nsure it would arrive in time. He was very polite and friendly.
Fits fine on a 2022 Lexus NX450H+. Does not require cutting a notch in the bumper like some hitches. Install is simple with gear wrenches. Recommend a second person to hold one side. Tow hook has to be removed as stated in video. Unlike video, kick sensor does not work after install. Bottom of the crossbar is even with bottom of the bumper, which means the receiver sits 1”+ lower than necessary. Design could be improved to raise the receiver tube for the NX450H+.
Like many, the boxing of the hitch didn’t stop the hitch from breaking though the box. Still, hitch totally fine despite hanging 6” out of the box. Regarding install: Wow! It’s heavy so you need two people. We didn’t even lift our 2024 Lexus NX 350h. We just slid underneath wiggled it in and set the back screws. To get the front screws in it was helpful to have a little pump jack to hold then hold the hitch up as we lined up the 3rd and 4th screws. Whole thing probably too 30, maybe 45 minutes inclusive of reading the instructions and fishing out the right tools. Love, love it.
Great and fast service A few dings in the finish from breaking thru the box but touched up with a file and spray paint. I found I could not do the install, old and misused joints. Called etrailer while I was still under the car in frustration and a wonderful CSR found me a local shop and texted me the phon# to just click on

Looks well made and installed it fairly easily. Paint was flaking off in the shipping box.
Fits great, instructions were thorough. On my vehicle I had to remove the rear tow hook from the frame prior to installation.
There is 9 1/2 inches of clearance with the car being empty.
Sits lower than I like. I think it is better designed for the RAV4, not the NX350h I put it on.
Not in the instructions was to remove the rear recovery point and the socket size listed was wrong (18mm in the instructions, needed a 19mm).
Well, etrailer is notorious for sending hitches underpackaged. Your box will be trashed, but likely the hitch is ok. I don't know why they can't pad the boxes better.
But, they sent the right part and it arrived super speedy. I have a 2024 Lexus NX350h, and since this is a new year, the only hitch "certified" to fit was the Curt, which is more visible than the Draw-Tite hitches. I took a chance that since this model fits the 2023, it would work on the 2024 since there wasn't a major redesign of the car. I can attest that it does fit! It was not a one-man job to install, because it's tricky to maneuver and to get the bolt holes to line up just right. I had to bring it to a garage to have them install it, but with two guys working together it was done in 30' and only cost $150 for the install.
Note that etrailer calls this DT82QR but it is the Draw Tite 76634, and the label will say when it arrives.
Super quick delivery. Ordered from your website on Monday night and it was on my doorstep Thursday morning and it was super easy to install. Not your fault…. But, I’m bummed that my foot kick feature to open the hatch door doesn’t work anymore. Hoping you might have a trick up your sleeve or a suggestion to get that feature to work again…I would hate to have this not work on a nice new car.

The hitch fit and looked good. It would be nice if you wrapped it in bubble wrap so it wouldn’t bust through the box and get scratched up.
Picture arrived in a timely manner and bolted up perfectly. No need to adjust anything.
If you have two people, a lift, and a 19 mm open end rachet wrench the job takes seriously less than 30 minutes.
Fit perfectly, but again if you Don’t have these three things it will be a nightmare! We didn’t have to lower the muffler.
The order came in three days, had a rebate from factory that was nice. Packing was Excellent. Whole process went flawless.

I received my delivery with the hitch protruding out of the box. The paint on the hitch was all scratched up so when I called Etrailer about the problem I was told I would have to pay to send it back after I refused to do so they offer to pay for the shipping back to their company. In my opinion Etrailer should do a better job in packing the hitches so the box wouldn't rip that easily.
Fit perfectly. Was not shipped in a box or completely covered so there were two spots of damage (pictures attached) where the paint had chipped off and the bottom corner of the receiver. Still completely functional.
Not sure why this costs so much when it arrives in a busted box and all the powder coating has been ground off from the poor packaging. They must know it's been packaged poorly because they stuff the hardware into the receiver hitch and wrap it there. What a joke, hopefully i can spray it to prevent rust. Some spots are so damaged the metal is deformed.

We ordered this and it arrived damaged, then the replacement came and was even moreso. It was shipped with plastic wrap only and this was torn in multiple places on both items. While aesthetically I would be annoyed but not overly worried, there was rust already showing on both as well. This suggests to me that it’s been like that and that the rust would just progress. I confirmed (with our auto shop) that the quality we received should not be installed. While I expect to get a refund from etrailer.com, the annoyance of having to return heavy items multiple times myself and the delay in getting a hitch onto my car is very frustrating.
High quality, but it turned out that the bolts which attach the hitch to the body of the Rav4 required a 19mm driver, not 18mm as called out in the instructions.
2022 Lexus 350NX Hybrid compatible. Note: This will render the manufacturer installed kick open/close for the hatch unusable. I will be remounting my sensor later.
The hitch is really sturdy and well manufactured.
Installation tips:
1. remove the two hook first
2. raise the rear of the car at least 1 foot to be able to slide the mount into place
3. bring a friend you can coordinate with to help - definitely a two person job

Congratulations on the new car. Honestly, I do not have a work around to make the liftgate work again. It looks like we did have others who also lost the feature. I checked and the other hitches also will cause the feature to no longer work.
