FITS PERFECT on my 2019 CHEROKEE LATITUDE! I ordered on Sunday, it showed up Wednesday, and i bolted it on friday with no problems. I bought it so that i could use a bike rack, and its a perfect fit. And for the price and shipping and availability, I could not have asked for a better deal!
It was a perfect fit. And looks great. After I bought a cheaper one off of ebay that didn't fit i was aggravated. But I looked up etrailer. It had good reviews so I gave them a chance. It is perfect and was cheaper than the big brands. But still fits and looks great
Hitch is strong and very well built. Installation is pretty straight forward. Second one from trailer and it’s great. Easy to DIY and using jack stands to help line up and raise your hitch into place makes it an easy one man job.
Have done quite a bit of business with etrailer and have never been dissapointed.
Watched the video on YouTube and installed it myself. Pretty easy. Had to use my knee to hold the hitch up while I started the bolts.

On no issues all supplies were in the box including fish wires I mean it’s a no brainer home run clean look the grey Jeep is mine the white is UHaul it’s horrible looks ridiculous. Jt Josh was my salesman he was fantastic also very knowledgeable.

Lowers your breakaway angle for off-roading, unlike a factory style hitch, but not a big deal. Otherwise a great product that works exactly as advertised, a very sturdy hitch!

Should work GREAT but what a PITA installing it. Remove or drop the muffler out of the way prior to trying to install!!!
Part of the hitch is in the way of the bolts making it very difficult to attach. Had to leave one bolt off because of this.
I ordered a trailer hitch for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was shipped the wrong unit. I need to return it after buying one from my local garage who sourced it from Mopar

Quality made
hitch mounted up fine. Heard knocking sound when Jeep Cherokee went over small bumps in road. Got out to check hitch receiver and it was tight. Crawled under car and noticed the passenger side exhaust tip was banging up against a corner of the hitch. Pulled rear section of muffler off and used an angle grinder to trim about 3/8” off the rounded corner of the hitch receiver on both sides. Works fine now. This receiver will only carry bicycles and not be used for towing. Could have been the passenger side exhaust tip was mounted to the muffler slightly different than the driver side.

It installed the exactly how the video show it. It's built nice a heavy would highly recommend this product to anyone.
Purchased mainly to be able to mount a vertical kayak carrier and it's working great. Easy installation with good instructions.
