I need a trailer hitch for a 2018 Kia Forte, which is best option for carrying bike rack.

For a trailer hitch to carry a bike rack on your 2018 Kia Forte the Draw Tite part # 24903 would be your best option. Unlike the Curt this does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a bike rack like you mentioned.
