Hello Sharon,

I have a hitch for you, but it will not work with any of our racks unfortunately.

For the hitch, you’ll want the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I # 24903. This will give you a 1-1/4" receiver, and can only be used with class 1 accessories, please see attached image.

I wish I had a bike rack option that would work for you here. We carry the Lets Go Aero TriQuad Bike Rack for Trikes, Quads, and e-Trikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # LGA35ZR, but it requires a 2" receiver, and there isn’t one available for the Forte.

Have you found a rack already, or are you trying to find the right set-up? Have you checked your owners manual to see what Kia says you can carry back there? Usually the hitches are rated higher than the vehicle, so it is definitely worth looking into.

Where do you mainly like to ride you e-trike at?
