Question:
Whats the factory recommended towing capacity of the 2014 KIA Forte ?

Expert Reply:
The 2014 Kia Forte does not have a towing capacity. The owners manual states not to tow a trailer with this vehicle. A trailer hitch should only be used for accessories such as a bike rack or cargo carrier for this vehicle. Trailer hitches are still offered for this reason and because there is a demand.
If this was the only vehicle someone had and they needed to tow a trailer they would have to speak with a Kia technician to determine if it is possible at all to tow.
