Does installation of this Class II trailer hitch on a 2016 Kia Forte require any drilling? The list of required tools mentions a drill, but the instructions dont mention the need for any drilling.

The hitches we offer that do fit your 2016 Kia Forte like the Draw Tite part # 24903 do not require drilling. To install the Hidden Hitch # 90092 that you mentioned does not fit your Forte so it would not be the hitch you'd want.
All you need to install the Draw Tite hitch is a 17 mm socket/ratchet or wrench.
