I received it in couple days after ordering. It showed up in good condition. I installed by myself it ease on my 2023 hyundai tucson hybrid with a car jack to assist me to hold it up. I've only used my bicycle carrier. No issues. This was a solid buy.

The trailer hitch was very poorly packaged!!
The hitch shifted around inside the box during transit, thereby causing several holes to be torn in the box. The paint on the corners of the mounting bracket was chipped off.

There's no way any items could be missing from my order, e-trailer rapped all items of my order with plastic wrap, bolts in trailer hitch tube, wiring harness and 4 wire bracket to the cross beam trailer hitch, outstanding packaging job.

Of course when we ship the hitches we want to arrive in the best condition possible. When the hitches are shipped to us they are shipped stacked together in large pallets which means that at times they arrive in less than pristine condition. I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you.

The hitch receiver is not getting extensive use at this time. However, it was easy to install. A one person operation with the use of a hydraulic jack and a little bit of patience. Did not have to drop exhaust or disconnect in order to install the receiver.

Great hitch. Mounted this on my 2023 Kia Sportage EX. Went on in about 30 min. Had to remove the plastic piece under the bumper, it doesn’t really do anything and you can’t tell it’s gone with the hitch in place. I recommend this hitch. It looks great!

Installed on 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL. Hitch is solid and aligned perfectly with three bolt holes on each end. Used jack stands to help hold hitch in place and was able to install solo in about 30-45 minutes. The hitch is nicely concealed behind the bumper, with only the receiver visible. I selected this hitch for the wiring harness bracket mount (bracket sold separately). Tip: Install the bracket before mounting the hitch to the vehicle. Prompt delivery, and etrailer also price matched/refunded a lower price.
Shipping box was damaged upon delivery (minimal padding inside) and the end bracket slightly hanging out - a few scratches that I touched up with spray paint. Overall great hitch and purchase.

The hitch installation on my 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid EX took about 45 minutes.This did not include electrical which I may do later. Unlike on the 2022 Hyundai Tucson which uses the same Draw-Tite Max-Hitch Receiver there was no removal of any plastic panels required. Drawing down the 6 bolts slightly deflected one lower plastic cover panel. I plan to use the hitch mostly for a bike rack.

2022 Hyundai Tucson
This is the second one purchased and it was very easy to install. My grandson installed it on his car in less than an hour. The hardest part is getting the body molding off the underside of the car. After that; piece of cake. Everything lined up perfectly.
Side note: I purchased one for my Tucson earlier and had it installed. Unfortunately the collar welded to the end of the receiver tube was not lined up properly when welded and had to be ground down a little to allow installation of stingers. Luckily the installer did the work and now works fine.
Overall it is a good product for the price.
