Great rack and hitch.
The hitch is sound, and reasonably attractive. It arrived very quickly.

nice fit and easy to install. Only problem was a slight bit of weld on the inside where the stinger goes, had to file it off.
Unit was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. The mounting instructions were clear and helpful, but the best aspect of this hitch was that its holes were aligned perfectly with the frame of my Sonic. I did not have to review the the enclosed litiature to know that it was made in the USA. Congrats for a job well done.
I LOVE dealing with these guys, I had an issue that was NOT their fault and they bent over backwards to resolve it FAST! I am a repeat customer and will definitely use them next time I need a hitch!
Talk about easy, follow the short instuctions and it almost mounts itself. And fishing bolt into holes couldn't be easier than with the fancy fishing lines supplied with the hitch. Thirty minutes is a little optimistic but after mounting one I could probably get close to that time.
This is an excellent hitch! The instructions provided were very clear and the pictures made the whole installation process even easier. The bolt holes lined up perfectly and everything went together with ease. Installed, the hitch is hardly even noticeable! After experiencing how easy these are to install and the quality of the product, we will be ordering one for my moms CRV next. Great product!
Took longer to jack up the car and let it down. Excellent quality, great directions and setup tools. Would buy again if needed, only problem was two month delay because of how high demand. Well worth it, I mainly use it for hauling mtn bikes/snowboards/wakeboards/custom mini camper. Get this one if you need one.
great website with reviews, pics and videos. I have a pretty new car and was not going to retro fit anything to it. This hitch seems strong and it fit like a frickin' glove. the install video and instructions were idiot proof and it was installed in 35 minutes from wheels on the ground to wheels back on the ground. I have only used it once so far with the bike rack and bike attached, but so far, perfect. I bought the swagman chinook 2 bike rack to use in it. great and smart customer support as well. thanks.

Still great, no problems with the hitch at all.
I ordered this aftermarket hitch along with the 1.25 inch adapter to 2 inch adapter to use an already owned bike rack I had. This product was an excellent purchase, the delivery was quick, the installation was fairly easy too, it took about an hour including time to jack up the car. I am completely satisfied with this product, if you need a high quality hitch I suggest purchasing this one.
I purchased a class I trailer hitch from E Trailer so I could attach a bike rack to my 2013 chevy sonic hatchback car. The hitch came quickly and was well packaged in a heavy duty box. I had studied the on line E Trailer installation video before purchasing this item, and the video was excellent and the hitch bolted up exactly as the video described. The small wire guides included with the hitch made dropping the bolts through the cars tubular frame very easy. I completed the entire installation in approx. 1 hour. The hitch is well made, and fits up over the muffler perfectly with no clearance issues. I've purchased many RV parts from E Trailer in the past including tow bar mounts, and brake assemblies for towing etc; all have been great products with great service and delivery. I would purchase again.
Glad I ordered the DrawTite hitch from etrailer.com great product. Thanks to the installation video it went on easy I didn't even have to jack the car up. The lowest part of the hitch is only 2 3/4 inches below the bumper so clearance will not be affected, it's gonna be great to be able to haul my little utility trailer around
I originally bought my mobility scooter to pull behind my motor home, much handier than a car. Problem was I couldn't very well drive the motor home every time I went to a store just to take my scooter. To my surprise e trailer.com had a custom fit hitch receiver for my Chevy sonic. Fits perfect, super easy installation, very sturdy, works great.
Just installed this hitch and hooked up my bike rack, went on pretty easy and looks like it will work perfectly. Still, need to connect the wire harness to be able to pull my small trailer for those large items that can not easily fit in the hatchback.
Overall a great product at a great price.
Trailer hitch fit perfectly. The only problem I had was the installation kit came with the wrong size nuts for the bolts. Luckily I had some that were correct.

Took half an hour to install this Draw-Tite 24878 hitch. Did the job on ramps, no lift needed. A perfect fit without any problems. Woulkd easily recommand this product.
Fit better than expected very happy with it
The hitch came in with no problems at all. Installing it was a breeze just follow the video. I used a small floor jack as a lift and I didn't have to lift the car.
Had it on in less the 30 min.
Install was easy and hitch is working out perfectly.

The Draw-Tite trailer hitch for our Sonic hatchback installed with no problems and has given us nothing but outstanding service. We just sold the Sonic and now will be looking at the Draw-Tite trailer hitch for a 2016 Equinox ASAP.

Great hitch, my bike rack can be installed it removed within a minute. Fits our Equinox nicely and with the etrailer rubber hitch cover, it always looks great.

Chances are that was not a piece of weld flash. In Class I hitches, there is a stop put into place. It is to prevent using a Class II 1-1/4 inch product in a Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch. Class Is have a lower weight rating so the stop is added to prevent accidentally overloading the hitch and damaging the accessory, hitch, vehicle or all 3.
