Question:
What electric brakes are needed for a 2002 Coleman Fleetwood Niagara Elite?

Expert Reply:
We do not have access to the specs of the axles of individual trailers, so the best way to determine what brakes you need to use as replacements is by verifying the capacity of the axle. It's most likely that you've got a 3500-lbs axle since the 2002 Coleman Fleetwood Niagara Elite is a pop up camper; for 3500-lbs axles you'd have 10" drums and would want to use the # AKEBRK-35-SA. These are self adjusting brakes, so they're a great choice for not having to do additional maintenance after installation. You'll also need mounting hardware for these brakes which is available with # BRKH10B.
I've linked a review video of these parts, but if you check the axle and find you've got a different capacity just let me know and I can direct you to the correct parts.
