Question:

Are these units made by the same company? We have a 3 year old unit that wont hold temperature and there doesnt seem to be a lot of service after the sale help. Not crazy about spending $$ on something cannot be repaired. What is the warranty period on the Furrion?

The overall size of the Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave part# FMCM15SS is 29-15/16" wide x 16-3/8" tall x 15" deep and requires a 30" cutout. If this matches the opening and size of the model you have this will be a great replacement. The warranty period is 1 year. The Furrion is a seperate company from the High Pointe you originally had.

I have a over the range Highpoint convection microwave in my RV. I want to replace this with a standard over the range microwave without convection oven. What would be my best choice. Current Highpoint model is EC942K9E. Thank you

Your current Highpoint Convection / Microwave # EC942K9E draws 1500 watts, 1.5 cu.ft. cooking area, and outside measurements are 29.9 X 15.7 X 15 inches. For a standard OTR microwave you can use the Furrion # FMCM15SS which is just over an inch taller than your Highpoint. This nominal difference will not affect your ability to see the range top areas.

@LesD Thank you for your response but I did state that I did not want a convection oven and I wanted to replace the convection microwave with a standard over the range microwave without the convection oven.
